Shipping is FREE on all orders over $99 within CANADA prior to taxes (Excludes air stages and other remote Northern areas)

We ship all orders via Canada Post (expedited ground service)

Orders will be shipped out approximately 1-3 business Days after they are received. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number and estimated date of delivery via email.

We will gladly ship orders to the U.S.A. (Postal charges will be applied to USA orders) We do not ship outside Canada and the USA.

Additional shipping charges may be applied to bulkier and heavier items such as winter boots and safety footwear.

Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. Customers will be advised via email of any additional charges before their order/credit card is processed

We Accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS as forms of Payment for online orders. (Credit cards must be Canadian and/or US cards - Visa/MC/Amex Debit cards , Pre-Paid Visa/MC/Amex cards and Visa/MC/AMex Gift Cards are not accepted)

Order Status

Processing - If your order is in "Processing" Status this means that your order has been received, we have verified the credit card info you provided and we have placed a temporary hold on the funds. (We have not captured any funds at this point)  We are in the process of verifying the billing and shipping names and addresses that you have provided and are physically gathering the items you have ordered. 

On Hold - If your order is in "On Hold" Status this means that your items have been selected but have not yet passed our pre-shipping inspection. At this point we verify the correct items / sizes / colours have been picked for shipping, We also ensure that your items are in great condition so you will be happy with your purchase. Once they pass inspection, they are wrapped for shipping.

Complete - If your order is in "Complete" Status this means your order has been shipped. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can see where exactly your order is at any time. Your credit card will now actually be charged and funds will be captured.

Cancelled - If your order is in "Cancelled" Status this means that the item(s) you have ordered were either unavailable or did not pass our inspection. The order may also be cancelled if we cannot properly verify the credit card information provided and/or the proper billing and shipping information. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notification. (No actual funds will be captured and the temporary hold on the funds will drop off your account in a couple days)

Online Refunds and Exchanges

Canadian Footwear will gladly take back your purchase if you change your mind. Please follow these simple steps for returns:

  • Send back you purchase within 30 days in new condition in its original packaging
  • Do not tape or apply labels or stamps to the original shoe box. Please wrap the box in paper or enclose it inside another box for shipping.
  • Enclose the original receipt or a photocopy as well as a note explaining the reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Please use ground Canada Post or US Postal service to return your item. 
  • USA customers - PLEASE do not send back using UPS or other couriers.
  • Customers must send the item back prepaid (not C.O.D.) as any C.O.D. orders will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.

* Online returns can also be made in person with a receipt at any of our 3 Winnipeg locations or at our Calgary Location.

* To EXCHANGE an item for another size, the quickest and easiest method to get the desired item is to place a NEW order for the correct size and simply return the undesired item for a refund following the above steps.
