   Canadian Orders   

  • Shipping is free (yay!) on all orders over $99, before taxes.
    (Unfortunately, this excludes Air Stages and other remote Northern areas)
  • We ship using Canada Post expedited ground service.
  • Orders ship out approx. 1-3 business days after they are processed. Once shipped, you will received a tracking number and estimated delivery date to your email.
  • Forms of payment we accept are: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit cards must be issued from Canada or the USA to be processed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers will be advised by email of any additional charges before their order or credit is processed.

IMPORTANT RETURN/EXCHANGE INFORMATION

Canadian Footwear will gladly take back your purchase if you change your mind, as long as it is in new resalable condition! Please follow the simple steps below for returns:

  • Send back your purchase within 30 days of your purchase in new, resalable condition in its original packaging
  • Do not tape or apply labels/stamps to the original shoe box. Please wrap the box in paper or enclose it inside another box for shipping
  • Enclose the receipt as well as a note explaining reason for return
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You MUST use Canada Post or US Postal Service ONLY to return your item(s).
  • Customers must send the item back prepaid (not C.O.D). Any C.O.D. orders will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • Online order returns can be made in person with your receipt at any of our Winnipeg or Calgary locations.
  • To exchange an item, the easiest method is to place a new order for the correct item, and simply return the unwanted item for a refund.

             ATTENTION USA RETURNS             

         YOU MUST USE CANADA POST OR US POSTAL SERVICE ONLY          

DO NOT return your orders using DHL, UPS, FEDEX, PUROLATOR, or other couriers, as this will cause your shipment to incur brokerage and duty, which we will deduct from your return amount. Using a courier for returns will also delay your refund by 4-6 weeks.

     WHAT'S GOING ON WITH MY ORDER?     

Are you confused with the status of your order? Let us explain!

Processing:

  • This means your order has been received, we have verified the credit card information you have provided, and have placed a temporary hold on the funds (we have not taken your money yet!). We are still in the process of verifying your billing and shipping information that you have provided, and are physically getting the item(s) you’ve ordered.

On Hold:

  • This means that your item(s) has been selected but has not passed our pre-shipping inspection. This is the point where we make sure the correct items/sizes/colors have been picked! We also ensure that your items are in great condition. Once they pass this inspection, they are wrapped for shipping.

Complete:

  • This means that your order has been shipped, and is on its way! You will receive an email with a tracking number, and your credit card will now be charged for the item(s).

Cancelled:

  • This means that the item(s) you have ordered were either unavailable, did not pass our inspection, or we cannot verify your credit card information/billing information/shipping information. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notification to let you know why. No money is taken and the temporary hold on funds will be dropped from your account.
