I love my sole insoles and so do my feet. I wear them in almost al my shoes. I molded them once when I first got them and they've been perfect ever since, I really like that with the heat from my feet the remold as my foot changes. I have very high arches and to have something that finally fills them and supports them is a huge relief. I highly recommend these insoles.
