One of the best shoe shopping experiences that I have had in a long time...

I had my very first visit at your store, at the St. Mary's Road, Winnipeg, location with my 4 year old daughter, and I am writing to compliment you about your employee, Tyler Bowerman.

 

Tyler greeted us the moment that we walked into the store and came to us right away to offer assistance in finding shoes for my daughter who has narrow feet.

 

He was very patient while measuring my daughter’s feet and helping her try shoes on.  My daughter had a huge smile on her face throughout the whole experience. 

 

Tyler was also very knowledgeable about your products and helped pick out a shoe that fit her properly right away.  No trying things on until we find something that worked.  As well, even though you have a very limited selection for children's shoes, he still managed to find a pair of shoes that appealed to my daughter's princess side and made her leave the store with a huge smile while hugging the box the shoes were in.

 

We were in the store for only a short while, and found what we wanted quickly and effortlessly.  

I will definitely visit your store again when it is time for her to get new shoes and I thank you for making this one of the best shoe shopping experiences that I have had in a long time.
