I was having trouble finding the shoes that I love so much (Etonics), and then I found your site.  I found the shoes that I badly wanted and ordered them.  You filled my order and shipped them on Monday, and I received them already on Wednesday, with a printed receipt and thank you note as if I had been inside your store.  Nice touch and very much appreciated.  I am a very happy customer.  I have the shoes I have been looking for, and I received them quickly.  Thank you.
