I was in your store yesterday and Eryn served me. I was impressed with her service because she gave terrific explanations about everything she did during my fitting. She also gave me 'mini tutorials' to my questions, such as how to determine if a runner should be thrown out, or how to lace a runner so the foot doesn't slip inside the shoe. She was also friendly in a genuine manner. She knows her stuff but more than that, she wanted to help me understand more about my footwear so I would get the most benefit from my purchase.

I have shopped at your store for at least 20 years because of the level of expertise of your staff. I have to say, that Eryn provided one of my better shopping experiences.
